AGGRAVATED ASSAULT

 

An officer met with PAMELA MICHELLE BOSWELL of Danielsville in the emergency room at Athens Regional Medical Center.  BOSWELL said while sitting in her vehicle at a shopping complex at  480 North Ave a male approached and held something to her neck.  He told her to give him her money.  As she tried to start her vehicle in order to drive away, she heard a pop and realized she was bleeding.  She did not see the suspect and could not give a description of him.  She could only advise he did not “speak clear English.”  BOSWELL drove herself to the hospital.  The investigation continues.  This occurred around 1845 April 22.  (04-1603)

 

BURGLARY

 

TEREKENSIS TERRELL reported her Rustwood Dr residence burglarized between 0345 and 2140 April 22.  A TV and lap top with a total value of $600 were stolen.

Officers responded to a burglary in progress at the Rustwood Dr residence of FREDA YOLANDA LOVE around 0325 April 22.  LOVE advised she was awakened by a noise.  She did not see anyone.  Nothing is known missing.  (04-1624)
