BURGLARY

The Acadia Dr residence of GLORIA ROBALLOS was burglarized between 1100 and 1300 October 6. She advised items were missing but she would have to check with other residents to determine exactly what was stolen. (10-0446)

Between 0800 and 1500 October 6 the west side residence of ELIZABETH STUTZ and LAUREN YATES was burglarized. A computer system, computer, cameras, iPod charging dock, and DVDs were stolen. The total value was $3,710. (10-0455)

Around 2350 October 6 officers responded to a burglary that had just occurred at the Ruth St residence of BETHANY LANE DARNELL. DARNELL said she had been asleep but was awakened. She saw a black male walking through her house. When he saw her he ran out the back door. She discovered her lap top valued at $500 had been stolen. The suspect also attempted to take her roommates lap top. The suspect was described as 6’1” to 6’4”, wearing a thin, dark jacket and dark jeans. Officers searched the area for the suspect but, although they arrived within three minutes, were unable to locate him. (10-0489)

ENTERING AUTO

ALEXANDRA MARIE REYNOLDS reported her vehicle entered between 2350 October 5 and 1000 October 6 while parked at her Artisan Pl residence. A lap top, book bag, eyeglasses, and iPad were stolen. The total value was $2,740. (10-0448)

THEFT BY TAKING

Air conditioner units valued at $18,000 were stolen from vacant duplexes on Mario Cir owned by PRIDGEN ENTERPRISES of Hull. The thefts occurred between 1930 October 4 and 0900 October 6. (10-0436;0438)

WILLIAM HOWARD CROZIER of Watkinsville reported a heat pump/air conditioner unit valued at $2,000 stolen from a Hollow Ridge Dr location between 2300 October 4 and midnight October 6. (10-0439)

ALVIN BERNARD EVANS reported jewelry, a sawzall, and hammer gun stolen from his Pine Hollow residence between 1230 September 30 and 2100 October 4. The total value was $2,208. A suspect was named. This was reported on October 6. (10-0441)
